Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping and local pickup options as described on our website.

For shipped orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Once an order leaves our hands, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. If a package is delayed, misdirected, lost, or stolen, we will work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.

If tracking indicates that a package is stalled, misdirected, or lost, we may ask you to open an inquiry with the carrier. Carrier investigations may take up to 30 days.

For packages showing as delivered but not received, we may request a police report and a stolen-mail report from the postal service before proceeding with a resolution.

Local Pickup

Orders placed online can be picked up at the Gilded Oyster. Pickup happens once a week, on Wednesdays.

Order by Monday, midnight → ready for pickup that same week’s Wednesday

Order Tuesday or later → ready the following Wednesday (one week later)

Same-day pickup is not available.

Returns, Repairs & Replacements

Sandy + Rizzo offers assistance with repairs or replacements within 15 days of purchase, subject to the conditions of our return policy.

Customers are responsible for mailing the product back to us first. Once received, we will inspect the item and, when appropriate, make a necessary repair or replacement before shipping it back to you.

Returned items must be in clean condition.
